Shipping: All of our jewelry is hand-made to order, maximum of 10 days, minimum of 3 days to ship. If we cannot ship your item within one week we will notify you via e-mail with an estimated delivery date. If you have a time requirement please call our office at 757-425-4477 and we will expedite your order.

Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of all our original designs. If something should happen to your item due to normal wear, please send it back to us within the first 6 months, include all the pieces and we will repair it at no charge to you. If pieces are missing we will replace them for a minimal charge.

Exchange Policy: We are happy to make merchandise exchanges, within 30 days of our ship date. Call our office first at 757-425-4477 for an RA# so that we can track your exchange. We will ship the new item upon receiving your return. We do not make cash refunds.

Care Instructions: We recommend you use a very, very mild dish soap and water solution (1Tbs. to 2qt. water) to cleanse your pewter and Czech glass charm bracelet. Briefly dip your jewelry in the solution, rinse well with warm water and dry with a soft cloth to restore the sparkle and shine to your bracelet. Sterling silver and semi-precious stones require only a polishing cloth to restore their luster. Be careful not to use commercial jewelry cleaners, they maybe too harsh and strip your jewelry of its finish.
